Topluluk Kuralları
İşbu Topluluk Kuralları (“Kurallar”), Laf Hizmeti’ni kullanımınızı düzenler ve Kullanım Koşullarının (https://laf.furkanbaran.com/terms.html?lang=tr) ayrılmaz bir parçasıdır. Kurallar ile Kullanım Koşulları arasında bir çelişki bulunması hâlinde Kullanım Koşulları uygulanır. Kurallarda aksi belirtilmedikçe, Kullanım Koşullarında yer alan tanımlar burada da aynı anlama gelir.
Laf, 16 yaş ve üzeri kullanıcıların kısa bilgi maçları aracılığıyla tanıştığı bir oyundur. Maç sırasında yazdığınız metinler karşı oyuncuya görünebildiğinden, tüm kullanıcılardan birbirlerine saygılı davranmalarını bekleriz. Hizmet’i kullanmanızla birlikte; hukuka aykırı davranmayacağınızı, Hizmet’in amacıyla bağdaşmayan biçimde hareket etmeyeceğinizi ve Kullanım Koşulları ile işbu Kuralları ihlal etmeyeceğinizi kabul ve taahhüt edersiniz.
Madde 1. Çocuk güvenliği (CSAE): sıfır tolerans
Çocukların cinsel istismarına, sömürüsüne veya pornografisine ilişkin her türlü içerik, talep, ima veya yönlendirme kesinlikle yasaktır. Bu yasak, 18 yaşından küçük kişilere yönelik her türlü cinsel içeriği ve talebi kapsar. Bu tür ihlallerde hesabınız kalıcı olarak kapatılır; durum, yetkili mercilere ve ilgili platformlara bildirilebilir. Bu nitelikte bir davranışla karşılaştığınızda, uygulama içindeki Bildir veya Destek kanallarını kullanarak durumu derhâl bize iletmenizi rica ederiz.

Madde 2. Yasak davranışlar
Hizmet içinde aşağıdaki davranışlar yasaktır: taciz, hakaret, tehdit, ısrarlı takip ve nefret söylemi; cinsel taciz ile istenmeyen cinsel içerik paylaşımı; dolandırıcılık ile kişisel veri veya iletişim bilgisi elde etmeye yönelik girişimler; spam, reklam ve zincirleme mesajlar; hile kullanımı, hesap satışı ile bot ve otomasyon araçlarının kötüye kullanımı (Hizmet’in kendi otomatik rakipleri bu kapsamda değildir); bir başkasının kimliğine bürünmek veya yanıltıcı kimlik kullanmak; uygunsuz profil fotoğrafı veya kullanıcı adı kullanmak.
Profilinizle bağlantılı sanal öğeleri kiralamamalı, satmamalı, hediye etmemeli veya başka bir suretle başkasına transfer etmemelisiniz. Aynı şekilde, üçüncü kişilerin sanal öğelerini satın almamalı veya devralmamalısınız.
Madde 3. Sorumlu ve saygılı kullanım
Hizmet’i oyunun ruhuna uygun biçimde ve iyi niyetle kullanmanızı bekleriz. Bir maç, yeni biriyle tanışmak için bir fırsat olabilir; ancak karşı tarafın rızası olmadan sınırlarını zorlamamalısınız. İstemediğiniz bir etkileşimle karşılaştığınızda ilgili kullanıcıyı engelleyebilir ve bildirebilirsiniz. Ödeme veya hesap sorunlarınız için uygulama içindeki Destek formunu kullanabilirsiniz.
Madde 4. Yaptırımlar
Kuralların ihlali hâlinde, ihlalin ağırlığına göre uyarıda bulunulabilir, içerik kaldırılabilir, hesap geçici olarak dondurulabilir, kalıcı olarak kapatılabilir ve gerekli hâllerde yetkili mercilere bildirim yapılabilir. Hizmet güvenliğinin korunması amacıyla bu kararlar hızlı biçimde alınabilir; kararlara ilişkin itirazlarınızı Destek kanalı üzerinden iletebilirsiniz.

Community Guidelines
These Community Guidelines (the “Guidelines”) govern your use of the Laf Service and form an integral part of the Terms of Service (https://laf.furkanbaran.com/terms.html?lang=en). In the event of any conflict between these Guidelines and the Terms of Service, the Terms of Service prevail. Unless otherwise stated, definitions used in the Terms of Service have the same meaning in these Guidelines.
Laf is a game in which users aged 16 and over meet through short knowledge matches. Because the text you write during a match may be visible to your opponent, we expect all users to treat one another with respect. By using the Service, you agree and undertake not to engage in unlawful conduct, not to use the Service in a manner inconsistent with its purpose, and not to breach the Terms of Service or these Guidelines.
Article 1. Child safety (CSAE): zero tolerance
Any content, request, insinuation or solicitation relating to the sexual abuse, exploitation or pornographic depiction of children is strictly prohibited. This prohibition covers any sexual content or request involving persons under the age of 18. Violations of this kind will result in the permanent closure of your account and may be reported to the competent authorities and relevant platforms. If you encounter conduct of this nature, please report it to us immediately using the in-app Report or Support channels.
In addition, use of the Service by persons under the age of 16 is prohibited. Please report accounts that conceal their age or that seek to have another person act as a child. Our child-safety standards are available at https://laf.furkanbaran.com/child-safety.html.
Article 2. Prohibited conduct
The following conduct is prohibited within the Service: harassment, insults, threats, stalking and hate speech; sexual harassment and the sharing of unwanted sexual content; fraud and attempts to obtain personal data or contact information; spam, advertising and chain messages; cheating, the sale of accounts, and the misuse of bots and automation tools (the Service’s own automated opponents are excepted); impersonating another person or using a misleading identity; and using an inappropriate profile photo or username.
You must not lease, sell, gift or otherwise transfer virtual items associated with your profile to another person. Likewise, you must not purchase or otherwise acquire virtual items belonging to third parties.
Article 3. Responsible and respectful use
We expect you to use the Service in good faith and in the spirit of the game. A match may be an opportunity to meet someone new, but you must not push another person’s boundaries without their consent. If you experience an interaction you do not want, you may block and report the user concerned. For payment or account issues, please use the in-app Support form.
Article 4. Enforcement
Where these Guidelines are breached, and depending on the severity of the breach, we may issue a warning, remove content, temporarily freeze an account, permanently close an account and, where necessary, report the matter to the competent authorities. Such decisions may be taken swiftly in order to protect the safety of the Service; you may submit any appeal through the Support channel.
